    What is a sub-account?

    Sub-accounts allow you to organize and segment usage and resources within your account. Using sub-accounts you can seperate the keys, usage logs and analytics reports for different development stages such as Test and Production. You can switch between your sub-accounts at any time by using the drop-down selector at the top right corner of the page.

    Please go to the new sub-account creation page in your account and fill out the form. The new sub-account will be instantly accessible.

    Please go to the new role creation page in your account and fill out the form. You will then be able to assign this access role to new and existing users.

    Navigate to the API IP whitelist page and enter the IP address of your web server.

    Please open your billing portal while logged-in to your account. You will then be able to manage your payment sources such as adding new cards, setting default payment methods, and more.

    No, the payment processing costs we incur are built into the price of the plans.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription plan simply go to the billing portal and click the "cancel subscription". You will continue to be able to use the API until the end of the billing cycle as usual.
